RETURNS
We have a 28-day return policy, which means you have 28 days after receiving your item to request a return.
We only offer store credit or exchanges.
EXCHANGES:
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your order number and proof of purchase. Customers will be required to pay a postage fee for returning the item/items to our facility.

If your return is accepted, we willl send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not Australia, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.
We do our best to ensure your requested exchange item is in stock when we receive your return, however unfortunately, this is not guaranteed.If we do not have stock of your requested item when we process your return, you will instead be provided with a store credit to the value of your returned item.

STORE CREDIT
We only provide store credit or exchanges on items that do not fit/change of mind if return of the goods in their original condition.
MXVE will not be held accountable for any missing or damaged returns in transit to our delivery address.
For store credit, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if this was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be issued a Gift Card as Store Credit via the email address from the order. A return fee applies and will be deducted from your original amount when issuing store credit.
Gift cards are valid from 6 months from the issue date and are non-refundable.
Please allow up to two weeks for your return to be recieved and store credit issued.
POSTAGE FEE COST
Returns postage is at customer's expense. Shipping costs are also non-refundable. We will take no responsibility in tracking your return or lost items.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
If a product is faulty within 28 days of a customer receiving our products and providing our team with proof (images & description of issue) we are able to compensate accordingly and come to a solution with our customers. Any products that are made to us after this 28 day period we are unable to compensate due to this being considered as wear & tear and at customer fault.
FINAL SALE ITEMS /DISCOUNTED ITEMS
Unfortunately, sale items will not be eligible for store credit/exchanges. Before making a purchase from our sale, we encourage you to review the product details, description, and any available images to make an informed decision.
